Caldwell Athletics is introducing Rank One for collecting paperwork from incoming 7th-12th graders for the upcoming 2024-25 school year. Parents will need their student’s ID number to create an account on the platform.

Once the account is set up, parents will need to upload a picture of their student’s physical and updated medical history. Every student must complete a new Medical History form. Additional required UIL and Caldwell ISD forms for participation will also be completed online.

Important Requirements:

All incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th graders need a new physical.
Students who sat out for more than three consecutive days also require a new physical.
All paperwork must be on file before participating in the fall.

Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted promptly to facilitate a smooth start to the school year.
