Caldwell ISD Non-Discrimination Policy

Caldwell Independent School District is dedicated to a policy of nondiscrimination and to the provision of equity in its educational programs, services and activities for all students and employees. Caldwell ISD does not discriminate in employment or in its educational programs and activities on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability, physical, mental, emotional or learning disability, handicap or any other factor provided for by state and federal laws and regulations as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act
of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; the Age Discrimination
Act of 1975, as amended; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
