TRANSFER STUDENT POLICIES
Transfer students from other school districts are accepted based on available space at campuses, student's disciplinary history, and attendance records. Please note that not all students who apply for transfer to Caldwell ISD are accepted.
FDA (Local) Admissions - Interdistrict Transfers
The Superintendent is authorized to accept or reject any transfer requests, provided that such action is without regard to race, religion, color, sex, disability, national origin, or ancestral language.

March 2025 | Transfer student application opens |

June 18, 2025 | Last Day To Submit Application For 2025-2026 (K-6th) |
July 1, 2025 | All new transfers will be notified of acceptance or denial letter/email will be sent out to parents (K-6th) |
July 28, 2025 | Last Day To Submit Application For 2025-2026 (7th-12th) |
July 28, 2025 | All new transfers will be notified of acceptance or denial letter/email will be sent out to parents (7th-12th) |
