What Financial Assistance will I receive?

Caldwell ISD will reimburse the cost of tuition and fees (maximum of $2500/semester) at the end of the semester when the employee provides documentation of coursework completed, with grades 3.0 and above.

What support can I expect throughout the program?

In addition to the financial support provided by Caldwell ISD, you can expect to be assigned a mentor who will guide you through any obstacles throughout your coursework.

What happens if I do not complete my degree or I am no longer interested in teaching?

You will be responsible for reimbursement for any funds you received from Caldwell ISD.

Does this program guarantee employment?

While you are making a commitment of 3 years after reimbursement, placement in a teaching position is dependent upon qualifications and availability.

What if I'm not currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program of study?

Caldwell ISD has partnered with Grand Canyon University to assist potential candidates in connecting with an accredited university.
