After 8 years of dedicated service, Mr. Dale Timian is retiring from Caldwell ISD. As a dependable member of our transportation team, he could always be counted on to show up and serve students each day. His steady presence and years of commitment to Caldwell ISD are appreciated, and we wish him all the best in retirement.

After 40 years of dedicated service, Mr. Wes Hancock is retiring from Caldwell ISD, leaving behind a legacy that reaches far beyond the agriculture classroom. Known for his hardworking nature, loyalty, patience, and signature dry humor, Mr. Hancock has impacted generations of students and earned the respect of the entire community.

Whether teaching life lessons or showing up each day in his trademark “Canadian tuxedo,” Mr. Hancock has been a steady and dependable presence at Caldwell High School for four decades. He will be greatly missed.

🎓🧡 One of the sweetest traditions of the year happened again today as the Class of 2026 made their 🅢🅔🅝🅘🅞🅡 🅦🅐🅛🅚 through the halls of Caldwell ISD.

From former teachers and little siblings to high-fives from future Hornets, today was a reminder of just how quickly the years fly by. These seniors once walked these same hallways as elementary students, and now they return in caps and gowns ready to take on the world.

After 28 years of dedicated service, Mrs. Susan Groce is retiring from Caldwell ISD, leaving behind a legacy of excellence, leadership, and unwavering commitment to students and staff. As Director of Curriculum & Instruction, she has continually challenged those around her to grow, improve, and strive for the very best.

Known for her determination, growth mindset, and servant heart, Mrs. Groce has always been willing to do whatever it takes to help Caldwell ISD succeed. Her faith, leadership, and lasting impact on this district will be felt for years to come.

After 13 years of dedicated service, Mr. Kim Ochs is retiring from Caldwell ISD. Known for his kind heart, reliability, and willingness to tackle any job or task, Mr. Ochs has been a valued part of the district’s maintenance team. No matter the challenge, he could always be counted on to help with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. His hard work and caring spirit will be greatly missed across Caldwell ISD.
