After 21 days of watching, learning, and waiting… the chicks have hatched! Our Pre-K students are diving into their farm unit by learning how to care for them and watching them grow up close.

With over 20 years of experience, she is seasoned, wise, and masterful in her craft, yet continues to show up each day with energy, purpose, and unwavering commitment. As a Special Education teacher, she meets every child with patience, compassion, and high expectations, creating a classroom where students feel safe, capable, and truly believed in. She sees potential where others may see struggle and celebrates every success, big or small. Ms. Anderson also builds strong partnerships with families, empowering and supporting them while fostering a true “one team” mindset. She leads by example, uplifts those around her, and represents the very best of Caldwell Elementary."
