He was nominated by a coworker who said, "As a first year teacher, I have been beyond impressed with Coach Ellis Boyd. He has jumped right in and become part of the Caldwell family. His classroom management is phenomenal. I have been in his class a few times to visit with his students, and he stays engaged and active the whole time I am in there. You can tell he has developed a strong rapport with his students and truly cares about their success. He values relationships and culture within his classroom. I have also heard endless praise about him as a coach. He leads with integrity and encourages our student-athletes each and every day."

He was nominated by his teacher, who says that Ryan "enjoys learning and loves to be challenged, which in turn triggers his classmates to want to do the same. Just recently, we were learning about different shape attributes in our first grade classroom, and Ryan and I had a mini-lesson about acute and obtuse angles. He sets high goals for himself and is eager to learn new things. He takes pride in his work. He is such a joy to have in class!"

🎤🧡 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! 🧡🎤

Yesterday, our 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁’𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗖) met for an engaging afternoon of leadership and collaboration.

Students participated in a team-building activity, finalized the 4th–12th grade student feedback survey, and took part in a special session we called “Behind the Scenes at Caldwell ISD.” District Directors shared about their roles and responsibilities, and our students had the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback from the student perspective.

We are proud of these student leaders for representing their campuses, sharing thoughtful input, and helping shape the future of Caldwell ISD. #CaldwellProud #CaldwellISD
