Fall Sports Banquet

Caldwell Athletic Booster Club will be hosting a fall sports banquet honoring football, volleyball, cross country, and cheerleading students. Jan 17, Expo, 6pm. Coaches and Fall Athletes eat free.

CISD Passes Two Bonds

On November 6, 2018, the voters of Caldwell ISD passed two bonds; Proposition A for $36,225,000 and Proposition B for $3,750,000. Proposition A would provide new buildings and renovations while Proposition B refunds the Maintenance Tax Notes the district took out in the summer to replace the HVAC system at the high school.

School Bond Election Early Voting Starts October 22nd

The Caldwell ISD Board of Trustees voted 7-0 to call for two propositions on November's ballot. One does not to exceed $36.225,000 and the other $3,750,000

According to Superintendent Andrew Peters, Prop A calls for new construction to add career education classrooms and science labs to to main high school campus, renovations to the Ag shop and classrooms, a new middle school/high school gym, renovations to the current middle school to convert it to a PK - 3 campus, and renovations to the intermediate campus to make it a junior high.

Prop B calls for refunding money used to complete the HVAC project at the high school this summer.

Construction Begins on New HVAC System

On Sunday, June 3, the contractors begin ripping out ceiling tile for the heating and air conditioning system to be installed in the high school building. The $3.6 million renovation is being performed by E3 Entergral Solutions. The work is expected to be completed by the time school starts in mid-August.

Campus Changes in 2018-2019

On April 4, 2018, the Board of Trustees voted to change the grade alignments of three of our campuses. The Middle School will keep only 7th and 8th graders, Intermediate will be home to 4th - 6th graders and the Elementary will be a PK - third grade campus.
