Tuition & Payments

TUITION

Rates will be $195 a month for the first child and $140 for each additional sibling. If you are an employee of CISD, you will have the Employee Rate of $165 a month for the first child and $140 for each additional sibling.  

PAYMENTS

Payments will be collected on the 15th of each month for the months of August - April. No payment is collected in May because it allows that month to count for the weeks students are not present at Thanksgiving, Winter Break, and Spring Break. *CISD employees will have the option for automatic deduction from payroll. Please contact [email protected] by August 31st to confirm your automatic draft. Please note: automatic deductions will be from your September thru May paychecks.

You have the option to pay online with a credit card, but please be aware there is a 4% convenience charge for paying online. If you would prefer to pay with a check, please pay at the CISD Administration Office by the 15th of each month. You may bring in the check and give it to Jo Garza between the hours of 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Friday. If you cannot drop off the payment during office hours, there is a night drop box in front of the CISD Administration Office. If you would prefer to mail your check, please address it to Jo Garza at 203 North Gray Street, Caldwell, TX 77836.
