Eligibility

To be considered for participation in the Caldwell ASPIRE Program, candidates must:
  1. Complete the program application.
  2. Provide contact information for at least two work-related references on the program application. These individuals will be required to complete and submit a reference form on your behalf before your application is considered.
  3. Have 12 months of employment with Caldwell ISD.
  4. Be employed by CISD, while participating in the program.
  5. For the duration of the Program, the participant must be responsive to all program evaluation requests from CISD.
  6. Agree to remain employed with CISD for a minimum of three years after receiving the reimbursements or incentives.
  7. The candidate has been accepted to an accredited bachelor’s degree program of study.
